Refund policy

RETURN

We don’t typically offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at whynothike@gmail.com! We reserve the right to deny or refuse any exchanges, refunds, or returns, in accordance with our Terms of Service.



Additionally, you can read our full policy below.

  • Our policy lasts 25 days after delivery. If 25 days have gone by from the day your package was delivered, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund/exchange. 

  • If the return/exchange does not pass inspection, it will be mailed back to you.

  • Please return the item in the condition it was packaged and sent. Please include the packing slip with your order number. If there is excessive wrinkling, the return is subject to denial. 

  • If you ordered a hat(s) please send it back in the box it came in to avoid damage.

  • All items must be unworn and unwashed.

  • Original tags must be attached.

  • Item(s) must be returned in original packaging sleeve 

  • Items covered in animal/human hair will NOT be accepted.

  • Items that smell like smoke, cologne, or deodorant cannot be accepted.

  • It may take up to 7 business days for returns to be processed

  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If your return is denied, then it will be sent back to you.

 


LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

Packages will be processed on a first come basis. Please allow up to 7 business days for our return department to process your refund. You will be notified via email once your order has been refunded. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted (1-5 business days). Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us below at whynothike@gmail.com


EXCHANGES

At this time, we don't offer exchanges for most cases. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts or contact us for more information on sizing. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at whynothike@gmail.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!  We do not offer exchanges on out of stock items, if the item is out of stock, then we will refund the item returned. If your item is damaged, please contact our support for assistance. We reserve the right to deny or refuse any exchanges, refunds, or returns, in accordance with our Terms of Service.


  • We do not accept returns for FINAL Sale/Clearance items.

  • If you return an item, shipping cost is NOT refunded.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges after 25 days


Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 25 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 25 days after the estimated delivery date.



DEFECTS/DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEM RECEIVED

We will request photo evidence for our records, and provide a return label (domestic only) if an exchange needs to be made. We must be notified of any defects within 25 days of delivery. Any claims beyond the 25 days will be considered wear and tear, and cannot be replaced. If we made a mistake with your order, or if there is an issue, then please email us at whynothike@gmail.com
